Not sure which movie this is from, but I suspect Godzilla 1985... anyone know?

    I think you're right, it looks a lot like the Godzilla 1985 suit although I've never seen this particular still before.

    yep - that is the cybot Godzilla used in Godzilla 1985 (or 1984 in Japan).

    This is a scene used in the trailer, although I don't recall if they actually used it in the movie (and I've seen three versions of the film).
