Godzilla Vs. The Smog Monster!

I wonder if this was a UK poster, because I don't recall that this was ever released in the USA under the title "Godzilla Vs. Hedorah"!

    This is a Toho International poster - printed in Japan for distribution to countries that might not print their own posters

    I do believe the international version (with the "Godzilla vs. Hedorah" title card) was released on VHS in the UK sometime in the 90's before it appeared on the R1 Sony DVD, or on the Sci-Fi channel.

    What I'd like to know is if this version was released in the UK BEFORE the video release (either to TV, or theatrically). If so, that would have been the first time anyone had seen/heard this version (and dub...which for the record, is god awful).
